Registrants must contact the trainer to receive a credit for future training. Refunds are at the discretion of the trainer and net of administrative and transaction fees. No refunds are available once training has begun. If for any reason the training is canceled or rescheduled by the trainer, registrants may choose to receive a full credit towards a future training or a full refund.
